The 2018 Menai Strait Boat Run saw 35 individual club RIBs and 270 BSAC members (and their families) meet on the north Wales coastline to blast away the cob webs ahead of the dive season to come. The 12th annual event is expected to be even bigger and better.

LUEC are proud to be participating in the 2019 event. Spaces are limited on ‘Vixen’ and are available on a first come, first serve basis. As per previous years the Boat Run will no doubt include stops for delicious, locally-sourced fish and chips and an ice-cream!

Accommodation has been secured at the very comfortable Henllys, just outside Beaumaris on Anglesey. The cost is £60pp for three nights (Friday to Sunday) on a shared basis.

Weather permitting a Club dive will also take place on the Saturday.
